Description

Product Description
The SDGF series electromagnetic dry powder iron remover is a high-gradient magnetic separator designed to remove fine iron powder and weakly magnetic iron oxides from dry bulk powders. It is suitable for non-metallic minerals (quartz, feldspar, nepheline, kaolin, fluorite, lithium carbonate) and is widely used in the chemical, plastics and pharmaceutical industries for dry iron removal and powder purification.

Product Features
  • High magnetic field intensity and extended sorting zone for efficient capture of fine and weakly magnetic particles;
  • Magnetic matrix fitted with a vibration device to prevent clogging and to handle materials with poor flowability;
  • Interchangeable, corrosion-resistant magnetic matrices adapted to different particle sizes;
  • Stable, reliable operation with high level of automation for continuous industrial processing.

How does it work?
Power is supplied to the excitation coil to generate a high-gradient magnetic field in the sorting zone. Raw material is fed continuously; magnetic particles are captured by the magnetic matrix while non-magnetic particles pass through the gaps and fall into the concentrate box for discharge. Vibration on the magnetic matrix improves feeding and prevents blockage.
