Overview
The Drum Lifting Trolley DTC01 is engineered for safe, ergonomic handling and transport of steel, plastic and fibreboard drums from 50–220 L. Its geometry locates the wheels beneath the load to place the drum centre of gravity over the wheels, minimising operator effort and maximising stability. Constructed in corrosion-resistant 304-grade stainless steel, the unit is suitable for demanding industrial environments and offers an ATEX-certified option for hazardous areas.

Adjustability and ergonomics
The adjustable rim catch allows vertical movement and multiple hook positions to suit different drum heights and rim profiles. Adjustment is performed by repositioning a pin for reliable, repeatable settings. The trolley’s wheel placement and geometry reduce operator effort and improve control during lifting and transport.

ATEX / Hazardous area option
Available as a fully certified ATEX model (DTC01-Ex) for gas and dust zones 1, 2, 21 and 22. The ATEX variant is manufactured to ensure electrical continuity and provide a path to ground; supplied with a Manufacturer’s Declaration of Conformity to relevant standards.
