Description
Industrial drum dolly designed to transport steel and plastic drums up to 220 litres (600 mm diameter) across the workplace. Compatible with STS drum lifters, drum rotators and standard drum-handling equipment. Standard construction: mild steel with grit-blasted finish, primer and polyester powder coat; 304-grade stainless-steel option available for hygienic/GMP environments.

• Wheels: 100 mm fixed front wheels and 100 mm rear braked castors with aluminium centres, polyurethane tyres and precision bearings for low rolling resistance and controlled manoeuvring.
• Fabrication: CNC brake-pressed folded tray with welded seams inspected by qualified welders.
• Ergonomic handle: fixed handle positioned at ergonomic height for safe pushing; handleless variant available for loading and storage.
• Drum compatibility: designed to transport a wide range of drum types and sizes up to 205/220 L (600 mm diameter).
• ATEX/UKEX option: certified versions available for hazardous gas and dust zones (see specifications).

Optional features

• ATEX/UKEX version DDL200-Ex for Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 — supplied with conductive (anti-static) wheels and earthing chains; ensures electrical continuity and an earth path.
• 304-grade stainless-steel construction available for cleanrooms and GMP applications.
