Designed for screw-top and other plastic barrels, the DTC02 Barrel trolley facilitates safe handling of heavy HDPE drums with uncommon lid types. Constructed from 304-grade stainless steel, it is intended for moving drums on flat, level ground while minimising manual effort and improving operator safety.

Key product features

• Rubber pad design: Supplied with rubber-lined fixed-radius pads that grip the drum. Together with the ratchet securing system, the pads accommodate a wide range of barrel diameters and hold unusual plastic barrels securely. For drums with a defined top lip, a universal drum trolley can be an alternative.
• Ratchet and securing strap: Heavy-duty 50 mm stainless-steel ratchet with polyester webbing strap. Adjustable and lockable to maximise contact between pads and drum for secure transport.
• Balanced load: Wheels deploy beneath the barrel so the centre of gravity sits over the wheels, reducing manual force required compared with a conventional sack truck.
• Stainless-steel construction: Manufactured from corrosion-resistant 304-grade stainless steel for demanding environments and frequent use.
• Chemical-resistant wheels: Nylon-centred wheels with elasticated rubber tyres and precision bearings provide low rolling resistance and long life on hard floor surfaces.
• Drum suitability: Handles screw-top HDPE plastic barrels and similar drums approximately 560–600 mm in diameter; suitable for many HDPE food containers with screw lids.
