Overview
Designed and manufactured by SUTEAU-ANVER, the SA 48/2 humidification cabinet provides controlled humidification with combined heating, steam and forced ventilation. It is intended for flat leather parts or complete luggage items for processes such as turning, folding or conditioning prior to finishing.
Operation
Hot air and steam are generated by an air-resistance bank and two immersion heating elements in a constant-level water tank. A stainless-steel mixing fan ensures homogeneous distribution. Steam production can be disabled when only hot air is required.
Controls
Electronic adjustment of air temperature and steam quantity allows precise process settings adapted to leather and luggage applications.
Construction
Fully stainless construction with thermal insulation and an external painted sheet-metal casing. All internal circulation components are stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
Tank and mobility
Stainless steel tank, 20 L capacity. Machine height adjustment and four braked castors for positioning and mobility.
