The Dual-lens AA-10-z is an active alignment system developed for synchronous dual-lens coupling. A direct-drive motor-driven nano-linear positioning platform provides high coupling efficiency, stability and accuracy. The equipment integrates two high-precision six-degree-of-freedom active coupling and mounting systems, high-precision visual guidance, upper/lower visual calibration, LENS pressure feedback and force control, automatic dispensing and UV curing, and an optional temperature-controlled carrier table — suitable for small-batch validation and high-volume production.
