It is using for blanching and cooling of granular vegetables such as grain peas, snipped/cut green beans, sweet corn kernel, okra, peeled-cut artichoke, cut root vegs and etc.
Construction made of AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel.
Machine parts are as follows:

Indirect steam exchanger consisting of serpentine type pipes spreading at the bottom of the blanching room will be found inside the machine to ensure that the water in the blanching room is at a homogeneous temperature at every point. At the entrance of the steam exchanger there will be a modulated proportional steam valve with PID digital controller. The water temperature at the blanching will be measured with the pt100 probe and will be automatically maintained at a water temperature.
Conveyor belt is modular type polypropylene material. The product supports height on the belt will be 10 cm high and with sideguards 10 cm high on both sides to prevent product overflow.
This belt will be driven by a motorreducer.
There are st. steel submerging plates on the belt against flotation of products in the water.
There will be one stainless pump in the blanching section.
The belt speed can be adjusted with the electronic speed inverter so that it can be between 6 minutes and 1.5 minutes of blanching time.
There are automatic water level control with pneumatic valves at both section of blanching and cooling.
Various capacities models from 3 t/hr up to 10 t/hr of pea grain based depending on belt width and length.
