Product overview
This newly designed TH type PTC air heater is available with two tube pitches: standard 31 mm and optional 25 mm for special designs. The PTC heat output is regulated by the applied airflow; higher airflow increases heat output and power (W). Dimensional drawings and part-number diagrams are provided.

Part numbering
Part-number examples and conventions are provided for TH Type. Key notes:

• PTC FIN PITCH (TH-XXXXN): Power (W) in the specification tables is based on PTC air heaters with fin pitch 2.0 mm (denoted 'N').
• PTC INSULATION (TH-XXXXN-XXXS): Power (W) in the tables is based on single insulation ('S'). Double insulation ('D') typically increases price by ~20–30% and reduces power by ~10%. Double-insulated units have no electrode potential on the fins and are suitable where contact with conductive materials, high humidity, shock resistance, or higher stability (e.g. automotive) is required.

Notes on standard models and customization

• Items highlighted in the specification tables are standard models with shorter delivery times and more economical pricing.
• Customized wattage, length and specifications can be designed for large-quantity orders.

Accessories
