Product Overview
The OH Type PTC air heaters provide airflow-dependent heat output: increasing airflow raises heat output and electrical power. Models are available for two voltage ranges and are supplied with specification tables and 3D previews to assist selection.

Part Numbering & Notes

• PTC FIN PITCH (format OH-XXXXM): Power (W) values in the specification tables are referenced to fin pitch 1.68 mm (code M).
• PTC INSULATION (format OH-XXXXM-XXXS / -XXXD): Tables are based on Single Insulation (S). Double Insulation (D) characteristics:
  • Price for D models is typically 20–30% higher than S models.
  • Power (W) for D models is approximately 10% lower than S models.
  • D models have no electrode potential on fins and are suited for contact with conductive materials, high-humidity environments, shock-resistant requirements, or applications needing higher stability/quality (e.g., automotive).

Specification tables for 200V~240V models are provided on the product page. Items highlighted in the tables denote standard models with shorter lead times and more economical pricing. Custom wattage, length and other specifications can be designed for large-quantity orders. Power values assume fin pitch 1.68 mm (M) and Single Insulation (S).

Accessory

• Temperature-resistant plastic mounting frame (example: MHF-90, L-shaped) that securely holds the PTC heating element. Example assembly part-number format: OH-XXXM-XXX2.
