Product Overview
KLC’s MSH-type PTC Air Heaters are engineered with multi-stage heating control, allowing one, two, or three heating tubes to operate independently. This staged design delivers flexible heating output, reduced energy consumption and extended heater lifespan. PTC elements self-regulate according to applied airflow: higher airflow increases heat output and power, while higher ambient temperature reduces PTC output power.

  • Insulation: single (S) baseline; double (D) typically reduces power by ~10% and increases price (approx. 20–30%)
  • Certain accessory kits exclude thermostats for heaters with inrush >14A; thermostat inclusion requires special arrangement
