Polyimide (Kapton-type) ultra-thin flexible film heaters designed for precise thermal management in industrial, medical and aerospace applications. Typical attributes: ultra-thin construction (0.22–0.26 mm), uniform heat distribution, fast thermal response and compact form factor suitable for confined assemblies.

Selection Guidance
Specify desired length, width, temperature rise, voltage, estimated quantity, preferred installation method and application environment. Standard lead wire length: 200 mm (20 cm); specify alternative lengths if required. Indicate if adhesive backing or custom patterning is needed.

Notes

• Listed "Temperature Rise" values are reference figures; actual rise depends on ambient conditions, thermal interface and application.
• Clamping installation is recommended when power density exceeds 0.8 W/cm².
• For round heater variants, ensure length (B) is greater than width (A) as required by application geometry.
