Description

This cartridge safety pressure relief valve offers superior flow capacity for its size. This direct-acting relief valve is specifically designed for installation into plastic housings and fittings. It can be installed in either forward or reverse flow directions. The valve features all stainless steel construction, making it compatible with a wide range of fluids and gases. A high quality metal seat provides low leakage, repeatable cracking pressure, fast response time, low hysteresis, and long life. The valve is 100% functionally tested to ensure performance. - Mounting Configuration: Press-In - Into Plastic - Diameter: 5.46 mm - Full Open Lohm Rate: 140 Lohms - Maximum Working Pressure: Dependent on Housing Material - Relief Pressure Range: 100 to 500 kPa General Performance - Full Open Lohm Rate: 140 Lohms - Leakage: 10 SCCM (max) at 172 kPa (25 psid) on Air - Maximum Working Pressure, Checked Direction: 280 bar - Maximum Working Pressure Differential, Flow Direction: 40 bar - Installation Force: 625 kgf (max) Materials - Body: 303 Stainless Steel - Cage: 305 Stainless Steel - Spring: 302 Stainless Steel - Ball: 440C Stainless Steel Part Numbers & Specifications - Part Number: CLCP5510100S, Lohm Rate: 140 Lohms, Cracking Pressure: 100 +/- 15 kPa (14.5 +/- 2.2 psid), Installation Hole Drawing Number: 1INST072393S, Approximate Weight: 0.87 grams - Part Number: CLCP5510200S, Lohm Rate: 140 Lohms, Cracking Pressure: 200 +/- 30 kPa (29 +/- 4.4 psid), Installation Hole Drawing Number: 1INST072393S, Approximate Weight: 0.87 grams - Part Number: CLCP5510300S, Lohm Rate: 140 Lohms, Cracking Pressure: 300 +/- 45 kPa (43.5 +/- 6.5 psid), Installation Hole Drawing Number: 1INST072393S, Approximate Weight: 0.87 grams - Part Number: CLCP5510400S, Lohm Rate: 140 Lohms, Cracking Pressure: 400 ± 60 kPa (58 ± 8.7 psid), Installation Hole Drawing Number: 1INST072393S, Approximate Weight: 0.87 grams - Part Number: CLCP5510500S, Lohm Rate: 140 Lohms, Cracking Pressure: 500 ± 75 kPa (72.5 ± 10.9 psid), Installation Hole Drawing Number: 1INST072393S, Approximate Weight: 0.87 grams Replacement Parts & Accessories - Part Number: CCRT0900170S, Description: Forward 558 LC Series Press-In Installation Tool - Part Number: CCRT0072391S, Description: Reverse 558 LC Series Press-In Installation Tool - Flow Curve: See secondary images for flow curve graph. - Cross Section View: See secondary images for cross section diagram. - Dimensional View: See secondary images for dimensional drawing. - Installation Hole Details: See secondary images for installation hole drawing (Drawing Number: 1INST072393S).
