Introduction
The TR5001E SII is an automated in‑circuit and functional tester tailored for PCB production testing. It integrates MDA with selectable ICT and functional test options to reduce operator interventions and support high throughput. The ICT platform includes built‑in auto‑calibration and self‑diagnostics to maintain long‑term test reliability.
