Description

Overview
The TruBend Cell 5000 is a fully automated bending cell designed for high-throughput, mixed-part production. It combines TruBend 5000 press brakes with modular automation (BendMaster 60 / 150), automatic tool change (ToolMaster) and flexible gripper technology to handle a wide range of part sizes and weights.

Key features
  • Fully automated bending cell for flexible part mixes and continuous production
  • Programming: TecZone Bend provides fast program suggestions from 2D/3D data and automatic NC generation
  • Tool change: ToolMaster enables automatic tool setup per program
  • Grippers: vacuum grippers (up to 100 kg), mechanical grippers, adjustable multigrippers and pivoted-jaw grippers for small parts
  • Automation: BendMaster 60 and BendMaster 150 options for different part ranges and payloads
  • Angle measurement: ACB Laser and ACB Wireless for first-part angle accuracy
  • Sheet handling: sheet sensors for precise position detection (no separate centring station required)
  • Material flow: conveyor belts, pallet conveyors and AGV interface for integrated material logistics
  • Quick change: automatic gripper change and gripper changing console to reduce non-productive time

Applications
Configured for 24/7 production in smart factories. Suitable for nested and single-part bending, boxes and large components, and for lines requiring frequent tool or gripper changes. Interfaces (Oseon / OPC UA) enable integration into digital workflows for monitoring and transport order handling.
