Overview
Automatic traysealer for regular preformed trays. Designed for cut & seal and MAP applications. Up to 25 cycles/min for standard operation; software-assisted continuous motion can enable higher throughput depending on format.

DESCRIPTION
Automatic tray sealing machine suitable for different tray materials and printed top films. The CMC (Continuous Motion Control) software optimizes production by precise tray positioning and motion control, enabling speeds up to 150 trays/min depending on tray type and dimensions. Machine designed for integration into medium-to-high production lines where accurate tray handling is required. Sealing can be configured as single-line or double-line according to formats.
