Overview
Semiautomatic pre‑industrial traysealer for preformed trays. Suitable for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and vacuum packaging. Performance: up to 8 cycles/min in cut & seal mode and up to 5 cycles/min in MAP. Manual tray transport, medium‑high performance level.

Process and cycle

• Place filled trays into the machine cavities.
• Start the cycle by pressing both start buttons simultaneously.
• Sequence of operations:
• Insertion and closure of the cavities.
• Vacuum stage (optional).
• Gas flush stage (optional).
• Sealing of the film to the tray.
• Form cutting of the film.
• Return of cavities and film advance for next cycle.

Operational notes

• Trays lift automatically during cavity return to facilitate unloading and reloading (adjustable timing).
• Fast format changes: tray height change in ~1 minute; full cavity change in < 5 minutes, tool‑free.
• Machine designed to meet CE safety requirements and ISO 9001 quality standards.

Safety features

• Safety covers prevent access to cutting and sealing areas during the cycle.
• Covers equipped with safety switches.
• Two‑hand start: both start buttons must be pressed simultaneously until cavity insertion is completed.
• Control circuits operate at 24 V.
