Overview
Semiautomatic traysealer for preformed trays. Performance up to 8 cycles/min in cut&seal mode and up to 5 cycles/min in MAP. Supports modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and optional vacuum packing. Manual tray loading with tray lift during return for easy operator removal.

Packaging process and cycle
The operator places filled trays into the machine cavities and starts the cycle using two-hand start. Once started the machine performs the sequence automatically:

• Insertion and closure of cavities.
• Vacuum phase if required (option).
• Gas flush for MAP if required (option).
• Sealing of lid film to tray.
• Form cutting of the film.
• Return of cavities and film advance for next cycle.

Safety and controls
Two-hand start ensures operator safety; safety covers with interlocks protect cutting and sealing areas. Control circuits operate at 24 V and error messages are displayed on the operator panel.

Construction features
Manufactured in corrosion-resistant materials with SIEMENS programmable logic controller (PLC) and LCD parameter/status display. Design complies with CE safety requirements and ISO 9001 quality standards.

Ease of operation
Automatic cycling with recipe memory for up to 20 set-ups. Quick, tool-free format changes: tray height change ~1 minute, complete cavity change <5 minutes. Adjustable tray ejection timing and programmable parameters for handling liquids or sauces.

Maintenance
Minimal maintenance required. Removable covers provide full access to components. Electrical enclosure rated IP65 to facilitate sanitation.
