Selection mechanism
The Ji uses a 100% electronic micro-selector derived from proven designs. It provides full control and diagnostics, is temperature-independent, maintenance-free and well suited to dusty production environments. The compact selector contributes to one of the lightest and fastest jacquard heads in its class while maintaining stability and strength.

Drive mechanism — driven by experience
The Ji features a fully balanced double-cam drive developed for high-load production and maximum flexibility. Key attributes include:

Dwell

Harness
BONAS harnesses are offered for jacquard weaving, with designs informed by velvet and carpet harness production. The BONAS iS harness is engineered for heavy-load testing and to weave materials from silk to technical textiles with consistent performance and efficiency.

Controller (Ce controller)
The BONAS Ce controller is a Linux-based jacquard controller providing an intuitive interface via a 10.4" color touchscreen with icon navigation. Pattern transfer is supported by USB or network with bi-directional communication. The controller is Industry 4.0 compliant.
