Modular singeing machine designed for treatment of woven and non-woven fabrics. Configurable to production requirements to minimize gas consumption while ensuring uniform singeing across the full fabric width.

Burner features
FS direct flame burners deliver uniform flame across the full fabric width. Each burner is independently adjustable in three singeing positions and is suitable for natural fibres and blends.
  • Singeing positions: through the fabric; tangential; radial
  • Water-cooled cast iron burners (FS4 model) to avoid frequent ceramic replacements
  • Independent adjustment and stable continuous flame for low-maintenance operation

Applications
Suitable for all types of woven and non-woven fabrics, including natural fibres and blends.
