Description

Overview
The singeing machine modular line is designed for singeing woven and non‑woven fabrics with configurable modules to match specific production requirements. The line integrates FS4 water‑cooled burners (configurable 1–3) and supports tangential, radial and through‑fabric singeing positions.

Key benefits
  • Adaptable modular design enabling selection of only the required units
  • Reduced operator intervention via automatic systems for consistent process control
  • Automatic tension regulation for uniform fabric handling
  • Optimised fuel usage through FS direct‑flame burner design

Options (woven fabrics)
  • Different feed entry types (including optional J‑Box)
  • Brushing: single, double (option for 4 brushes for heavy contamination)
  • Singeing configurations: 1, 2 or 3 burners
  • Beating: single, double (option for 4 beaters)
  • Dust collection systems
  • Desizing module with fast mode switching
  • Squeezing units
  • Different exit configurations

Burner system (FS direct flame)
The FS direct‑flame system provides uniform flame across the full fabric width. Each FS4 burner is water‑cooled and adjustable independently in three singeing positions, allowing processing of natural fibres and blends with minimal maintenance.
  • Available singeing positions: through the fabric, tangential, radial

Module details
  • Feed‑in unit with optional J‑Box and driven cylinder for steady fabric feed through the singeing module
  • Brushing module with full‑width dust collector slot; option for 4 brushes for heavily soiled fabrics
  • FS4 water‑cooled cast‑iron burners designed without expansive ceramics for continuous operation and simplified maintenance
  • Beating module with stainless‑steel cyclone and pneumatic airlock for secure continuous suction; option for 4 beaters
  • Cooling unit upstream of impregnation to control liquor temperature and prevent mechanical damage to sensitive or technical fibres
  • Desizing department engineered for quick switching and easy tank cleaning

Desizing department highlights
  • Rapid switch between “wet” and “dry” modes in seconds
  • Accessible tank design for simplified cleaning
  • Plunged bearings configured for low‑maintenance operation

Technical specifications
  • Suitable fabrics: woven and non‑woven; natural fibres and blends
  • Singeing burner count: configurable (1, 2 or 3 burners)
  • Burner model: FS4 (water‑cooled cast‑iron burners)
  • Singeing positions: through the fabric, tangential, radial
  • Modular configuration: entries, brushing, singeing, beating, dust collection, desizing, squeezing, exits
  • Feed‑in: optional J‑Box and driven cylinder
  • Brushing: single/double (option for 4 brushes)
  • Beating: single/double (option for 4 beaters); stainless‑steel cyclone; pneumatic airlock
  • Cooling unit for temperature control before impregnation
  • Desizing: rapid mode switching, easy tank cleaning, low‑maintenance bearings
  • Automatic tension regulation for consistent fabric handling
  • Designed for lower gas consumption and continuous production
