Burner and feeding detailsThe FS direct flame burner provides an even flame profile across the fabric width. Each burner is independently adjustable in three singeing positions (through-the-fabric, radial or tangential), making it suitable for natural fibres, blends and technical textiles. For continuous and regular feeding the line can include a feed-in unit with optional J-Box and a driven cylinder.
FS4 burner advantageThe FS4 option uses water-cooled cast iron burners without expansive ceramics, minimising routine replacement and maintenance costs while maintaining a stable flame for uniform singeing.
