Overview
We supply shearing machines with 1 to 3 heads according to production needs. The ATSH shearing machine is suitable for woven carpets, tufted carpets and artificial grass, delivering consistent finish and adaptable operation.

Developments and technology
The ATSH, developed by BEJIMAC & Vandewiele, is an autonomous shearing machine able to automatically adjust shearing height — a task previously reliant on experienced operators. The machine performs continuous height checks before and after shearing and applies proprietary algorithms to determine corrections. Hydraulics have been replaced by servomotors for faster and more accurate height setting. Ongoing improvements have been integrated into the system.
