Function and use
The Vetter leak sealing lance is designed for rapid, single-operator temporary sealing of small leaks in storage tanks, tank trucks and wagons. Using wedge and cone bags fitted at the lance tip, the device reduces volume flow at cracks (15–60 mm) and holes (30–90 mm), allowing intervention from a safe distance and buying time for further measures. Anti-slip profiles on the bags improve grip during deployment.
