Serialization machine for the pharmaceutical industry FLEX-500

Developed by VISIOTT TPS, the FLEX-500 combines innovative design with the industrial traceability and security needs in a single machine. This machine automates both weight control and serialization as well as tamper-evident labeling processes. It delivers reliable results at high speeds, ensuring compliance with global standards across various industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and medical devices. The FLEX-500 first performs precise weight measurement and serialization. The device measures products within a range of 5 g to 1000 g with an accuracy of ±0.1 g and applies a unique 2D code to each product. This code is verified using OCR/OCV technology to ensure product accuracy. Products that do not meet weight standards or have incorrect coding are removed from the line using a highly precise reject mechanism. After the weight control and serialization processes, the FLEX-500 applies a tamper-evident label to the product. This process is carried out in compliance with EU-FMD and Turkey’s relevant regulations. Transparent and perforated labels are used to ensure the security of the products. Sensors verify the correct application of the label, and faulty products are safely removed from the line if necessary. The FLEX-500 can process up to 300 products per minute. Its specialized design allows easy integration into high-speed production lines. Furthermore, it fully complies with GMP, GAMP 5, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards, enabling you to manage your processes in line with global traceability regulations.
