The case is removed from the line by a specially designed rejection mechanism in case of incorrect label application, absence of a label, and product inconsistency in the case. ACCAS-100 Aseptic Carton Case Aggregation Station is controlled by Line Manager (Level 2) software specially designed and developed by VISIOTT TPS. The software, which supports work order and product prescription systems following industry dynamics, is fully integrated with VISIOTT TPS Plant Manager (Level 3) software.
