Description

In operations where bottles are used as primary packaging, preliminary preparation of the serialization and aggregation operation can be managed with VISIOTT TPS 360° Bottle Serialization Station. The system works on the principle of analyzing 2D code applied to the bottle with a label or another method with 360-degree vision inspection technology. It can also enable the application, control, and association of visible or invisible helper code to the top or bottom surface of the bottle. 360° analysis of the 2D code on the bottle is performed at a speed of 250* products per minute with the help of 4 or 6 cameras. After decoding the helper code applied to the cap or bottom of the bottle during the operation and associating it with the main data matrix, the bottles become suitable for the aggregation operation. Then, the bottles are brought to an aggregation station and the parent-child relationship is established with the help of codes on the bottle cap or bottom surface. SSCC label application to the container (bundle, case, etc.) in which the bottles are located can be performed manually or automatically.
