Companies that carry out the packaging manually also obtain an effective solution with a system that carries out the aggregation and packaging stages together. VISIOTT TPS Semi-Automatic Aggregation Station is designed considering the manual packing processes of the companies. The station performs the aggregation process using data from serialized products in multiple layers in the case. While its compact design saves space in your company, it is ergonomic with its adjustable touch screen and keyboard. Thanks to the foot pedal, it allows the operator to do the decoding, which is the first step of the aggregation process, without using hands. The data matrix of the serialized products is easily visible on the product in each layer within the case. The system, whose position can be adjusted by a servo motor for each layer at different heights, ensures that the camera’s focal length is always at the same point. Serialized products are fully analyzed with a specially designed vision inspection system advanced with an illuminator. When the decoding of the codes in the case is finished, the system saves the decoded data and automatically generates the carrier unit label. The created label is applied to the case manually. The code on the carrier unit label is verified manually with a handheld scanner.
