VISIOTT TPS Horizontal Manual Aggregation Station is designed to meet all kinds of aggregation needs in production, packaging, storage, and shipment operations in many industries such as pharmaceutical, food, agrochemical, cosmetics, and medical device. It is easy to use with its rational and ergonomic design. This station reads and decodes the data matrix of serialized products collectively with a vision inspection system. The operator performs the reading process of the serialized products by placing the products in the large-scale glass reading area, with the help of a sensor or foot pedal, without using hands. VISIOTT TPS Horizontal Manual Aggregation Station can decode even low-quality data matrix with a high success rate thanks to its special vision inspection system. The aggregation of the products is provided by using the analyzed data matrix information. Labels of carrier units such as bundles, cases, and pallets are automatically printed and carrier unit labels that point to hierarchical data applied to packages are verified with a handheld scanner, ensuring data accuracy. The station is controlled by VISIOTT TPS Line Manager (Level 2) software, specially designed and developed by VISIOTT TPS. VISIOTT TPS Line Manager Software is fully integrated with VISIOTT TPS Plant Manager (Level 3) software and performs work order, product, and prescription management following industrial dynamics.
