OverviewCompact and large suction filters designed to retain impurities, dust and liquids in vacuum systems to protect vacuum pumps and vacuum piping. Available in multiple configurations (in-line, cartridge containers, pump-mounted, oil-bath, siphon and special systems) with different materials and filtration ratings to match industrial applications.
In-line filters — FCL, FPL, FILSmall in-line filters for close-to-tool installation (vacuum cups, clamp systems). Transparent Plexiglass cylindrical body, anodised aluminium flanges retained by Seeger rings, threaded connections and internal removable cartridge for inspection and replacement. Paper elements are not recommended in presence of water or oil vapours.
Cartridges for FCL / FPL / FIL- 00FCL03: pleated paper cartridge with compression sealing (5 ÷ 7 μ typical).
- 00FPL01 / 00FPL03: pleated polypropylene mesh cartridge with compression sealing.
- 00FIL01 / 00FIL03: AISI 304 stainless steel mesh cartridge with compression sealing.
Large in-line filters (SP, SS, SA, RP, RS, RA)Same construction principle with larger containers. Cartridge series available in pleated paper (SP / RP), pleated polypropylene mesh (SS / RS) and AISI 304 stainless steel mesh (SA / RA). Quick-coupling variants use double O-ring sealing for fast maintenance. Paper cartridges not recommended with vapours or condensates.
FC filters with paper cartridgePump-mounted filters for very dusty environments. Treated pleated paper cartridge (5 ÷ 7 μ) inside perforated steel enclosure. Steel container with anti-corrosion paint, vacuum-tight lid seal and quick-release clamps for rapid cartridge replacement.
FB filters with metal cartridgeInlet-mounted or pipeline filters with corrugated stainless-steel mesh cartridges (standard 60 μ; 100 μ or 300 μ on request). Containers and end caps in die-cast aluminium or electro-galvanized steel; flow rates typically 5–300 m3/h depending on model.
FO oil-bath filters and long-autonomy FOOil-bath designs retain the finest particles with minimal suction loss. Constructed with steel head and container, oil bowl and two steel-wool cartridges (one detachable/washable). Long-autonomy variants include larger oil capacity and visual indicators for oil level and clogging. Not suitable for dry pumps; minimum oil viscosity required.
FP series (compression sealing) and FM / FK quick coupling containersFP: transparent plastic container with blue head; cartridge length indicated in inches. FM: transparent SAN container with reinforced polypropylene ring nut. FK: transparent PET container with brass ring nut. All accept compression or quick-coupling cartridges in paper, polypropylene or AISI 304 stainless steel.
Filtering cartridges (compression sealing and quick coupling)- SP: pleated paper (compression).
- SS: pleated polypropylene mesh (compression).
- SA: AISI 304 stainless steel mesh (compression).
- RP: pleated paper quick coupling with double O-ring.
- RS: pleated polypropylene quick coupling with double O-ring.
- RA: AISI 304 quick coupling with double O-ring.
FS siphon suction filtersDesigned to retain solids and liquids sucked through vacuum cups or clamping systems to prevent pump contamination. Typical components include:
- Transparent Plexiglass cylindrical container with removable lid.
- Check valve on suction inlet to prevent backflow.
- Stainless steel mesh cartridge (60 μ / 100 μ).
- Two-way manual valves for service and pressure restoration.
- Radial vacuum gauge and magnetic level switch to stop pump on high liquid level.
- Rigid internal pipe, bottom check valve and manual drain cock; metal wall bracket.
Syphon filter systems with automatic by-pass (FS50BP, FS60BP)Two siphon filters operating alternately: when one fills it is vented and drained while suction continues on the other. System includes three-way servo vacuum solenoid valves, manual valves, watertight control panel (230 V 50 Hz) and mounting frame; recommended where liquid suction is frequent and shutdown is not acceptable.
Special filtersAdditional special versions and accessories available for specific configurations and applications (codes and variants on request).
