Description

Overview
  • Small in-line vacuum filters that retain impurities and fine dust with negligible impact on flow rate.
  • Compact size allows direct installation on vacuum piping close to end-uses (vacuum cups, vacuum clamping systems) for localized/fractionated filtration and improved visual monitoring of suction points.


Construction
  • Cylindrical transparent Plexiglass body closed by two anodised aluminium flanges retained with Seeger rings.
  • Threaded male or female connections and sealing gaskets located in the flanges.
  • Replaceable paper filter cartridge housed inside.


Maintenance and limitations
  • Inspection and cartridge replacement by removing one flange for quick access.
  • Paper filter element is not suitable for use with water or oil vapours or where condensation may occur; avoid such environments for FCL models.
