OverviewThese in-line suction filters retain impurities and very fine dust while affecting flow rate negligibly. Their compact cylindrical design allows direct installation on vacuum lines close to tools (suction cups, vacuum clamping systems, etc.) to provide local filtration and visual control of suction points.
ConstructionTransparent Plexiglass cylindrical body closed by two anodised aluminium flanges retained by Seeger rings. Threaded male or female connections and sealing elements are located in the flanges; an internal removable filtering cartridge increases filtration surface. Filters can be inspected by removing one flange.
Filter cartridge types- Series SP: Pleated paper cartridge with compression sealing.
- Series SS: Pleated polypropylene mesh cartridge with compression sealing.
- Series SA: AISI 304 stainless steel mesh cartridge with compression sealing.
- Series RP: Pleated paper quick-coupling cartridge with double O-ring.
- Series RS: Pleated polypropylene mesh quick-coupling cartridge with double O-ring.
- Series RA: AISI 304 stainless steel mesh quick-coupling cartridge with double O-ring.
Usage notesPaper-element versions are not recommended for environments with water or oil vapours or condensation. Choose mesh or stainless steel cartridges where moisture or oils are present.
Maintenance / inspectionInspection and cartridge replacement are performed by removing one flange; no special tools are required for basic inspection.
