Description

High degree of economy Short delivery times Compact design Suitable for high rotation speeds High efficiency Heavy-duty bearings to transfer tougher radial and axial stresses Wide range of shaft options such as hollow or full shafts Can be combined with all commercially available IEC flange motors Also available in ATEX version Accessories for WF helical bevel gear: Torque supports Shrink discs The BH series helical bevel gears were developed as a modular system to allow the drive wheels to be interchanged along the entire type series and, beyond that, with our MNHL series of helical gears. All sizes were also designed with full input shafts, full input shafts with elastic coupling and a motor adapter flange as per IEC standard or a hollow input shaft and motor flange as per IEC standard for direct motor attachment. Walther Flender helical bevel gears are particularly suitable for use in such areas as chain and roller conveyors, stirrers, mixers and in the paper industry, drinks industry, wood industry, textile industry, in energy production and in general machine construction. An optimum gearbox selection can never be made across the board; it must be based on the individual requirements of the application in question. If a specific gearbox is selected, the efficiency of the entire drive train is improved. Our application technicians will be happy to advise you in the selection of the right gearbox for your requirements. Just come and talk to us!
