Technical description
The modular shafted screw conveyor consists of a U- or V-shaped trough with bolted flanged sections, helicoid or sectional flighting welded on a center pipe, end plates, flanged end bearing assemblies with shaft seals and intermediate hanger bearings as required. Drives are gear type and can be mounted at inlet or outlet.

Function
Designed for continuous transport and controlled metering of powders and granular materials. Available in CEMA Group 1 (light), Group 2 (medium-heavy) and Group 3 (extra-heavy) constructions to match application demands across industries such as grain, feed, plastics, chemicals, cement and mining.
