Presentation / Overview
The MICRODEX™ system is a modular industrial solution for extracting, conveying, macro-feeding and micro-feeding powders and granular materials in food and chemical processing lines. Built for hygienic applications, it combines compact footprint with precise micro-dosing capability.

Design / Construction
MICRODEX™ integrates a main screw unit for extraction and conveying with an optional micro-feed screw at the discharge to enable reproducible micro-dosing. Construction uses food-grade 304L stainless steel, smooth, crevice-free internal surfaces and an oil-free drive to reduce contamination risk. Flange sealing systems are compliant with EHEDG and DIN standards and shaft seals can be air/gas-purged.

Function
Four functions are combined in a single module: material extraction, conveying, macro-feeding and micro-feeding. The system supports continuous or batch feed strategies and delivers repeatable dosing for downstream processes in food and chemical plants.
