Not only does the machine offer high-speed operation but also considerably reduces operator intervention and processing time. Designed with 4 station, 2 stations to flare the 2 ends of tubes and 2 stations to produce 2 bends, the transfer machine can complete any tube fabrication in 5 to 6 seconds. The machine can be rejigged to provide one bend in the middle, one beaded end, and one swaged end in no time. In fact, the machine can be easily customized to provide innumerable number of tube configurations. Further bending, punching, end forming, part assembling, and other appendages can be added to the standard bending module.
