  • Compact, lightweight series resonant test set for field and laboratory high-voltage testing. DSP-based control ensures stable sinusoidal output and accurate RMS measurements.

Principle and application of series resonant test system
  • The UHV-135kVA/108kV system achieves resonance by adjusting the supply frequency so that the reactor and the test capacitor resonate, producing high voltage and large current on the unit under test while requiring relatively low supply power. Typical uses include cable withstand and diagnostic tests, insulation testing and other high-voltage verification tasks where portability and low supply requirements are needed.
