Core detection function- Variable ratio test: Accurately measure the current ratio or voltage ratio of the transformer, verify whether it meets the design parameters (such as 50/5A, 10000/100V, etc.), and ensure the accuracy of the metering or protection system.
- Polarity judgment: Detect the phase relationship (same polarity or opposite polarity) between the primary and secondary sides of the transformer to avoid misoperation of the protection device or measurement errors caused by polarity errors.
- Excitation characteristic test: By applying different voltages/currents, draw the excitation curve of the transformer, analyze its core saturation characteristics, and evaluate whether the magnetic circuit design is reasonable.
- Error measurement: Measure the ratio difference (deviation between actual ratio and nominal ratio) and angle difference (phase deviation) to ensure that the accuracy of the transformer under rated load meets the standards (such as 0.2 level, 0.5 level).
