A high-precision source measure unit (SMU) designed for a wide range of applications including modern semiconductor devices, nanodevices, battery materials, organic semiconductors and precision sensors. It delivers low noise, high precision and high accuracy with an intuitive capacitive touchscreen and SCPI-compatible digital interfaces for automated testing.

Quadrant Output
The instrument supports true four-quadrant voltage and current source/load modes, enabling use as a precision source, meter or electronic load. It can operate in capacitive load mode supporting capacitive loads up to 50 μF, which is useful for battery/supercapacitor charge–discharge testing.
