Description

Sintered permanent magnet ferrite powder is a high-performance material widely used in electronics, machinery, medical and other fields. It is produced from a mixture of ferrite, additives and other raw material powders; after molding and sintering it becomes a hard, tough permanent magnet material with stable magnetic properties.

Applications and advantages

Types / Processing methods
  • Dry pressing (anisotropic and isotropic): High-performance anisotropic magnetic powder for dry pressing can be used to manufacture arc magnets for motors, radially oriented and multipole oriented ring or cylindrical magnets, small-size thin products and comparatively intricate magnet shapes. Isotropic powder for dry pressing is mainly used in micro electrical motors, visual aids, sealing strips, etc.
  • Wet pressed anisotropic ferrite powder: Used to manufacture sintered magnets for higher energy products, mainly for medium- and high-class speaker rings, NMR devices, household applications and automotive motors.
