Description

The magnetic rod is built around a strong NdFeB magnet combined with a magnetic guide sheet to create a high-density magnetic circuit. It is hermetically sealed inside a stainless steel tube by argon arc welding and polished to deliver a smooth, leak-free, waterproof and anti-fouling surface.

  • Packaging: each rod wrapped with protective paper and placed into a custom plastic tube for transport protection


Applications / Use:
  • Magnetic separation and iron removal in food, pharmaceutical and other processing lines where hygienic finish and corrosion resistance are required

  • Standard series use stainless steel pipes with various outer diameters (examples: Ø12, Ø16, Ø19, Ø20, Ø22, Ø25, Ø28, Ø32, Ø38, Ø50, Ø63, Ø100)
  • Surface magnetism achievable up to 6,000–14,000 Gs depending on diameter and design
  • Lengths: customizable to customer requirements
  • Installation end plugs: various types available
