Magnetic PVC refrigerator door gasket engineered to provide airtight, energy-efficient seals for refrigerator doors and similar enclosures.
Overview and applicationsWe offer over 300 profiles for magnetic refrigerator door gaskets with performance features including high- and low-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, ageing resistance and demagnetization resistance. Typical applications: electric refrigerators, disinfectors, distillatories, cabinets, ice cabinets, water fountains, automotive sealing and other soft-gasket uses. Flexible PVC variants are also used in building and metal industries as sealing elements for doors and windows.
Materials & manufacturing capabilitiesFlexible PVC with magnetic strip inserts provides energy-efficient seals without door latches. Profiles can be extruded in flexible, semi-rigid, rigid and dual-durometer PVC. R&D can adjust compound formulas and modify cross-section designs using FEA analysis (contact shape deformation, press recovery, etc.) to maximize sealing performance. Assemblies can be fabricated as complete three- or four-sided magnetic gasket assemblies sized to exact door dimensions; corners are mitered and heat-sealed with precision splicing fixtures for airtight fit. Back-up magnets for non-magnetic frames, mounting hole slots for screw-on gaskets, screw-on, glue-on and snap-on mounting styles are supported.
