The magnet strip inserting machine is a servo-controlled production machine designed to insert magnetic strips into soft PVC gaskets for refrigerator door seals. It features a Mitsubishi servo control system with touch-screen parameter input. Drive power is provided by a servo motor and a cylinder. The magnetic strip is fed from an unwrapping/feeding unit and can be inserted into gaskets at a 45° angle.
