The GCS-type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems in industries such as power plants, oil and gas, chemicals, metallurgy, textiles, and high-rise buildings. In large power plants, petrochemical systems, and other places with a high degree of automation that require interfacing with computers, it serves as a complete low-voltage power distribution device used in power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltages of 400V and 660V, and rated currents up to 5000A. It is utilized for power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation.
• Ambient air temperature should not exceed +40℃, and not go below -5℃. The average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed +35℃. If exceeded, capacity operation must be reduced based on the actual situation.
• For indoor use.
• The installation site's altitude should not exceed 2000m.
• The surrounding air's relative humidity should not exceed 50% when the temperature is at its highest of +40℃. A higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures, e.g., 90% at +20℃. The potential for occasional condensation due to temperature fluctuations should be considered.
• When installing the device, the inclination relative to the vertical plane should not exceed 5°, and the entire cabinet row should be relatively level (compliant with GBJ232-82 standards).
• The device should be installed in locations without severe vibrations or impacts and where electrical components are not at risk of undesired corrosion.
