ALM 6510 / ALM 6510 AT are 8-axis CNC machining and cutting centers designed for processing aluminium (and PVC) profiles. The machines perform multi-face operations including milling, key‑hole/hinge/handle drilling, water drain slotting, marking and saw cutting. A 7-profile automatic conveyor feeds profiles while a 3-axis pneumatic gripper positions each profile for simultaneous milling and cutting. The saw allows serial cuts between 45° and 135°. Barcode labeling is supported for downstream crimping and assembly traceability.
