ALM 6510 AT is an 8-axis CNC machining and cutting center designed to process aluminium profiles. The machine performs operations on four sides of profiles including milling, key‑hole, hinge and handle drilling, water‑drain slots, marking and saw cutting. The integrated programming minimizes waste and optimizes throughput. Up to 7 profiles are loaded on the automatic feeder; a 3-axis pneumatic gripper transfers profiles into the machining and cutting area. The cutting unit performs serial cuts from 45° to 135°. Operators apply barcodes to processed profiles for subsequent crimping.
