CNC‑controlled PVC four‑corner welding and corner cleaning line CCL 1661 designed for integrated welding, cooling, robot transfer and corner machining. After welding on the DK 540 the frame is automatically routed to the cooling unit (SA 251). The robot unit (SA 261) then transfers and rotates frames to the CNC corner cleaning machine (CNC 609 or CNC 611) to perform the corner cleaning cycle.
