AIM 7510 is a 5-axis servo-controlled machining center for drilling, grooving, notching, tapping, saw-milling and similar operations on aluminium and PVC profiles, light alloys and thin-walled steel profiles. Fully automatic processing on five sides of the profile is enabled by the mobile gantry layout and fast tool change system. A movable turret magazine with 12 standard tools and an additional magazine for a Ø350 mm saw blade support flexible production. Tandem mode reduces idle time by allowing loading/unloading while machining. Automatic clamp recognition and positioning simplify setup and repeatability.
