The AIM 4420 is a 4‑axis CNC profile machining and cutting center designed for aluminium and PVC profiles, low‑carbon alloys and thin‑walled steel profiles. The 4th axis enables machining on up to three profile surfaces. The machine accepts an 11‑tool magazine including a Ø180 mm saw blade and supports automatic clamp positioning via CAMPROX. Dual‑station automatic operation is available on AIM 7420 variants. A metal sound‑insulated cabin around the machining head enhances operator safety.
