AIM 7420 is a CNC-controlled 4-axis profile machining and cutting center engineered for machining aluminium and PVC profiles, low-carbon alloys and thin-walled steel profiles. The 4th axis enables machining on three profile surfaces. Dual-station operation allows continuous processing: while one station is machined, the operator readies the other station. CAMPROX provides automatic clamp recognition and positioning. The machine accepts up to 11 tools in the magazine, including a Ø180 mm saw blade. A metal sound-insulation cabinet around the machining head enhances operator safety.
