PIM 6509 is an 8-axis CNC machining center engineered for processing PVC window and frame profiles. The machine executes four-sided operations — milling, key‑hole openings, water slots, hinge and handle holes, marking and saw blade cutting — with simultaneous milling and cutting capability. A 7-profile automatic feeder and a 3-axis pneumatic gripper feed profiles into the machining area. Built-in optimization minimizes waste and the system supports barcode labelling for downstream welding and assembly.
